Step by Step Guides

Back of the Neck

Back of Neck Step 1

Attach mask strap to an inner hook on one side.

Place Mask Attendant on back of neck with strap still attached on one end as in previous step.

Behind Ears Step 3

Wrap mask around face and attach other mask strap to inner hook on other side of Mask Attendant.

Ensure that mask straps are between outer hooks on both ends.

Fit mask properly to face.

Adjust straps on hooks as necessary. Do not over tighten!

Attach mask strap through notches on one side.

Place Mask Attendant on back of head above pony tail with strap still attached on one end as in previous step.

Having Some Trouble Putting Your Mask On?​

Try giving the mask strap an extra loop around the hook and give the strap a gentle tug. That will help hold the mask strap in place when putting Mask Attendant on behind your head or neck.​
